Old Town / Main Street
Best for restaurants and nightlife on foot. Homes can be older, parking tighter, and stairs more common.
Park City Mountain Village

Canyons Village
Resort-style lodging, strong Park City Mountain access, and an easy après scene. Plan transport for Main Street nights.
Deer Valley
Polished, quiet, and ideal for skiers choosing Deer Valley. Confirm shuttle coverage and remember the resort does not allow snowboarding.
Kimball Junction / Newpark
